You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you. This page explains exactly how to do that — no account required.
Who is this page for?
If you interacted with an AI bot powered by Afx on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or Email and want all your conversation data removed, you're in the right place. You do not need a Facebook or Meta account to submit this request.
What data we may hold about you
Conversation messages
Text messages, voice transcriptions, and media files exchanged with the AI bot.
Contact identifiers
Your WhatsApp phone number, Messenger/Instagram user ID, or email address used to initiate contact.
Timestamps & metadata
Date/time of messages, delivery receipts, and message read status.
User-provided information
Any details you shared with the bot such as your name, preferences, or support requests.
How to submit a deletion request
Follow these steps to request deletion of your data. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
Compose an email
Open your email app and start a new message to our data protection address.
Use the subject line
Copy and paste the following subject exactly so we can triage your request quickly.
Include identifying details
Tell us the channel you used and the identifier associated with your account (phone number, Instagram handle, email, etc.) so we can locate your data precisely.
Send the email
That's it. You'll receive an acknowledgment within 5 business days and a confirmation once deletion is complete.

What happens after you submit
Request acknowledged
You'll receive an automatic confirmation email with a reference number for your request.
Identity verification (if needed)
We may ask you to confirm your identity to ensure we're deleting the right data and not acting on a fraudulent request.
Data permanently deleted
All conversation history, contact identifiers, and associated metadata are deleted from our active databases and queued for removal from backups.
Confirmation sent to you
You'll receive a final email confirming deletion is complete along with your unique confirmation code for your records.
Important limitations
We can only delete data stored in our systems. We cannot delete data held by Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram), your email provider, or other third parties. To remove data from those platforms, please contact them directly or use their in-app settings.
